The history of Gebrüder Röders AG in Soltau began a long time ago: wool felt was produced here for the first time in 1847.

In 1966, the first needle-punched felt was produced, which still serves as the basis for Röders®Liner’s pipe liners today. This step expanded the product portfolio and ensured that Gebrüder Röders AG could meet the changing needs of its customers. In 1972, the first filter media were also produced. Once again, new markets were tapped.

The first hose liner is produced in 1986. A milestone for Gebrüder Röders AG and a step towards even more diversity and growth.

RÖDERS®LINER XTRA is a unique, patented pipe lining system for pipe rehabilitation that offers expandable functionality. Once installed, it creates two independent, separate pipe lines that can be used as needed. This enables new, cost-effective, and modern infrastructure improvements.

A new sewing machine for house connection and in-house liners will be introduced in 2021. This state-of-the-art machine improves the efficiency and precision of production.

In 2023, Gebrüder Röders AG takes a decisive step toward the future: It shifts its focus to the production of liners for trenchless pipe rehabilitation. Shortly thereafter, the new Röders®Liner brand is launched.
